My work in High-Performance Sports Coaching and Performance and Physical Activity, Health and Wellness applies the most progressive psycho/sociological theoretical framework in order to understand why people practice in the ways they do, to bring awareness to many unseen problems, to help coaches and athletes do a better job and exercisers live better quality lives.
